The basic 2022 schedule is shown below. The 2023 schedule with event details will be released before the event.
11:00 am: Gates Open!
Live music, delicious foods, cold beer, vendors and kids zone open
12 noon to 4:00 pm: Rib tastings
4 pm Cookoff judging begins and the trophy is awarded to the All American Rib Cookoff TOP CHEFS
